Korean Airline Engineer, Bonsuk Koo and his wife Kyoungah Lee, came to stay with us in our smoke-free environment bringing their lovely daughters, Yemo who turned 11 on the day they returned to Korea and Kamo, who will have her 10th birthday in August.

They used their five days here to visit Kelly Tarlton's aquarium in Auckland, the Matakohe Kauri museum up north, and down south to Hobbiton, the movie set & farm tours from "Lord of the Rings".  They also went horse riding twice and fitted in a morning walking around the "Our Farm-Park".

Bonsuk sent us pictures he had taken here after they arrived home and wrote:

"So we are really happy and interesting during all the time in our holiday. Especially so when we were in your graceful home and strolled along your farm I felt a lot of things; boundless pleasure of life, balance of nature, calm... ...

[When we got home here] we went to our city main stadium directly and took part in the marathon in the forest. When I said that I am not tired after long travel, my wife reply that it results from Nicholas' wonderful food.  Thank you very much!

Bonsuk's pictures (left) show:

Top:  A chocolate birthday cake with 11 candles the night before her actual birthday came as a surprise for Yemo.

Middle: All of us together, (Clockwise - back row) Bonsuk (standing), Peter & Nicholas, Kyoungah Lees, Hamo and birthday girl Yemo.

Bottom: The three kilometre walk looking at part of "Our Farm=Park" included 3yo, Mokopuna Tane (grandson) Daniel.  He was invited to go by the girls and proved to be a guide in the making. In this picture, he had taken hold of Peter's walking stick. "Come on Grampsie, I'll pull you up the hill."
