Brilliant photographic views of Farmstay at "Our Farm-Park"

Hong Kong artist who loves to take photos, Agnes Leung, came to stay with her husband and children -- and has given us the rights for you to access her brilliant photography.  Have a look at how she saw her stay here through the eyes of her camera -- feel the ambiance captured in her wonderful shots.

Agnes reported her visit on Tripadvisor.com and then told us about it. She has approved our publishing this page.

We have just back from our 20 days trip of New Zealand, which is a wonderful experience. We have stayed in Our Farm Park for 2 days on our arrival (25th & 26th Jul 07). Our Farm Park is situated in a lovely quiet village Puhoi, just about an hour's drive from Auckland international airport.

As a family of four members with 2 kids, I searched the official website of New Zealand for farmstay options, then I booked Our Farm Park for several reasons:

1. It is a farm with many kinds of animals: horses, sheep, cows, chickens,
          and cats, etc;
2. It is an organic farm where we can eat organic healthy food;
3. Just an hour drive from Auckland airport;
4. Many activities to do around, such as horse riding, walks,
          visiting beaches, spa, etc;
5. They take only ONE family/group/couple/single visitor at a time.

Once we arrived Our Farm Park, which is situated on a slope with stunning panoramic views, fresh air and sweet bird songs; we are immediately attracted by the beauty of it. The hosts of the farm: Peter and (his wife) Nicholas are very nice, they just tried their very best to ensure we have a happy and comfortable stay in their place. It is quite amazing that they built they lovely house, including the furniture by their own hands! The decoration of the house is simple yet very stylish, very comfortable indeed, and we just couldn't help but opened our mouths wide when we first see our rooms: so clean, beautiful and spacious, and we can see the garden and a little pond from the window of our rooms.

The food Nicholas prepared for us are very TASTY, all fresh, organic and healthy. I can still recall the wonderful moments with Peter and Nicholas: Peter took us for a ride to see his HUGE farm (over 5km fence!), and we walked in a little Kauri tree forest near a stream, he also taught our kids patiently how to milk the cow, and their lovely grand daughter shared her swing with our kids, too. Nicholas taught our kids how to spin the wool by the fire at night in the sitting room...

I had taken many photos within the 2 days of our stay, especially on the next early morning of our stay, I enjoyed a fabulous sunrise!

If we visit NZ again in the future, we will definitely choose to stay in Our Farm Park.
